Information we collect
When you contact us or make a purchase, we may receive your name, email address, and delivery details. Payment information is handled directly by the payment provider and is not retained by this site.
Purpose of use
We use this information only to fulfil orders, ship artworks, provide shipping estimates, answer enquiries, and make necessary contact. During checkout, the destination country and Japanese prefecture are referenced transiently against a versioned Japan Post rate table; no external quotation service is contacted.
Third-party sharing
We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent except where required by law. Delivery details are provided to Japan Post when the purchased artwork is dispatched.
External services
We use Supabase, Stripe, and Japan Post for content delivery, payment, and fulfilment. Stripe retains delivery and payment information as needed for checkout. Our database and application logs do not store customers’ names, addresses, phone numbers, card information, or shipping-quote inputs.
Access, correction, and deletion
Please contact us if you would like to access, correct, or delete your personal information. We will respond promptly after confirming your identity.
